    I've been having trouble lately... There is about a One Minute Window that happens Three Times per Day... If you happen to Transfer the Minimum Amount of Steem or SBD 's, along with your Post in the memo to Tipu, you'll get that Vote you're looking for... It's not an easy thing to do, but you have Three Chances, each day...
