Rally Mexico and James Bond 007 movie

Season 2017 is well connected with James Bond character. How? Through the Rally Mexico. One of the stages will be driven on the square where one of the sequences of 007 Spectre was filmed.

Why is this a news?! Well, World Rally Championship needs promotion. A good promotion.

Last 13 seasons two Sebastiens were champs and what domination is good for sport?! None.

First Citroen for nine seasons and then VW for last four seasons.

That's why any kind of promotion is good for sport. And James Bond character is well known across the world.

This season started very well. All the teams are on the same level for now (maybe Hyundai has better speed but maybe also because of the driver - Neuville was very fast) and we have Toyota that is back after 19 years of absence from the WRC. Volkswagen is gone and that is old news.

We all want only one thing: THE BEST for the sport. And that's better competetion without any kind of domination.

Who want to see the same winner for five rallies in the row?! NOBODY!

Let we all hope that changes are here and the sport is interesting more and more!

Rally Mexico is the first gravel round of the series and runs from March 8-12.
