I definitely agree with just about everything you have said here, I think one also needs to look at the fight from a UFC business perspective, Conor had to win his return fight in order to potentially book fights that could be good for the company, a loss could've even flirted with the idea of retirement. But Conor is a good fighter and the high kick was also very solid, but yes, I was also very disappointed that Cowboy was unable to grab the opportunity presented to him.
