Paul Clement's run at Swansea City is over.
The 44-year-old Paul Clement, renowned as a high profile assistant coach is now the former manager of Swansea City and Derby County.
Paul Clement arrived Swansea in January 2017 to replace sacked Bob Bradley. He went on to save the club from their relegation battle and led them to a 15th-place finish. He has however been axed after spending a little less than a year (351 days) at the Club.
Paul Clement was well known as an assistant coach to Carlo Ancelotti. Both men join forces to lead some of Europe’s top teams in recent seasons, e.g. Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich.

For the sacking of Bob Bradley and Francesco Guidolin, Paul Clement became the third manager for Swansea in the 2016/2017 season, when he joined for a two-and-a-half-year deal in January. , becoming the club's third boss of the 2016-17 season following the
His only other experience as a full-manager of a club was with Derby County, in the English Championship. In the 2015/2016 season, Paul Clement was in charge of the Rams for 33 games.
He lost his job with Derby despite the club being 5th in the Championship at the time. Following his sack after his relative short spell at Derby County, he reunited with Carlo Ancelotti at Bayern Munich

Paul Clement's Managerial Career:

Very nice..

I don't think Guidolin deserved to be sacked, nor do I think Clement really deserved to be sacked. Honestly it's probably Swansea's board's fault with their terrible decision-making. I bet they are going to hire Tony Pulis, who will probably save them from relegation, but still...

@amosbastian, I actually see your point.
Although, recent results haven't gone the way of Paul Clement, but the problem with the club still hovers around poor transfer decisions and a not-so-effective director of football too. The coaches aren't equipped with the quality they require to fight in the league. Tony Pulis might prove to be a short-term solution, in a bid to avoid relegation. But the niggling problems within the club's administration needs to be sorted out.

Who will they hire now?

Lolz......I really can't say @trevis.
But there are no shortage of available managers. Some of the available ones include; Tony Pulis, Di Matteo, Slaven Bilic, etc.
