I can hardly see Philadelphia wining East. I think it will be a battle between Boston and Milwaukee. Other than that I see Atlanta reaching the playoffs at 7th spot, and giving Detroit edge over Brooklyn to win the 8th place.
Good prediction overall!
Looking forward to Western Conference prediction.

    Yeah. Atlanta might surprise us but it will be difficult for them. Watch out for my Western Conference Predictions
