HEALTH BENEFITS OF HONEY; THE ONLY INSECT PRODUCING FOOD + FREE BEAUTY TIP

Following my previous post on How Bees make Honey. Having explained that honey is the only food containing all essential nutrients needed by the body. There's need to know the health benefits of Honey not just using as an alternative for sugar.

Honey may not be 100% appreciated like sugar but its benefits cannot be overlooked. It does a lot of goods to our health with no side effect if consumed normally and not abused. Honey is very easy to digest by Human because it has been initially digested by an Insect, In the real sense, If an insect can easily digest Honey,it shouldn't be in anyway difficult for Human because our system is more complex than theirs. So therefore, no matter the amount or quantity of Honey consume by us, it is never harmful to our health.

Honey is beneficial to both the inner part of our body (muscles, digestive system, the brain, liver & all other body system) and the outer part of the body (The hair, skin,most especially for healing wounds and fighting skin diseases), Honey has a unique taste and aroma you would never want to resist, It is medicinal especially when added to some other substances like milk, cinnamon, cider vinegar and ginger.

Honey helps reduce sleeping difficulties although it's not a sleeping pill and it helps to mollify cough, mothers sees it as a medicine to soothe coughs for their children(children suffering from upper respiratory infections) and even adults (but not for infants because of botulism) as it reduce irritation in the mouth. Honey was approved and listed by the World Health Organisation(WHO) as a cough medicine.

Honey can suffice, if you really need an energy booster most especially for athletes, It is a Natural energy booster that can help you go extra mile during a workout and also help your kids to be more active in their sporting activities. If you noticed your children are not doing well in their academics or in school generally, give them more of honey, replace honey with the quantity of sugar given to them and the result you get is an Amazing one because Honey also boost the Brain. Honey also help kill bacteria that causes sore throat because of its anti-microbial properties.

If you really want to get maximum benefits from Honey, It has to be a raw and undiluted honey because high quality honey is rich in Antioxidants; like enzymes, flavonoids, organic acids, phenol e.t.c. This antioxidants lowers the rate of blood pressure and distance a person from heart diseases.

Ingredients are as follows:

  • Honey(10ml)
  • Sugar(one teaspoonful)
  • Raw Milk(5ml)
  • Aloe-Vera gel(5ml)/Aloe-Vera leaf(Two leaf)

PROCEDURES
Pour your honey in a bowl for easy access, add the sugar to it and 2ml of water, stir thoroughly till the sugar gets melt, add the whole of the Raw milk to it and stir again, If you are using Aloe-vera gel,add to it but using Aloe-vera leaf will require cutting it into two, to access the gel, scrub the inner surface of the gel with a small knife to get all the gel, add the gel to the mixture, and mix thoroughly till its looking smooth without the trace of the sugar.

Application
Step: For glowing skin, Firstly you need to wake you outer body cells in case they are dead or affected with lots of sweat by having salt bathing(Put your desired quantity of water warm in your bathtub, that can cover the whole of your body leaving only your face; stay there for ten to fifteen minutes to wake your body cells).

Step 2: Rub the Mixture of Honey, Sugar, Milk, Water and Aloe-vera to all part of your body including your face , leave to dry and wash off. Repeat this step twice in a week, but that of the face can the done every three days.

Health Benefits of honey are just too enormous.
