That was a really nice video - and especially compared to the stem-related videos that youtube usually thinks I'd like to see, well it doesn't really compare.
By an amazing coincidence, these days I unearthed a book that I liked as a kid, "The living earth: life in the future", and just yesterday evening I was reading a passage about Delphi studies done in the '60s. The book was written in the '70s, the extent of the studies was up to 2020. And what do you know, intelligent animals raised for menial jobs was in there! I don't recall ever hearing about this idea before, and within 24h I come across it for the second time.
Actually telepathic communication was in there, of course.
But it's not just the coincidence, there's another reason for writing all this. Rand Corporation was also in there. It seems that they pioneered some of these studies, so I'm led to think that in the '90s they were still discussing the animals thing as a check on their previous predictions.
Then again, maybe not. It all sounds crazy at this point. Also, I can't help noticing your prediction right at the end of the video didn't seem to come true, either ;)
PS: It took me several minutes, but hey, smart t-shirt.
