Whoa I just read this now. This is amazing. I'm just not sure about the use of fungus though. I mean, it might get in our bodies or something. Yes we already have fungus in our body but it's scary to think about adding to it. Haha. I dunno I just have an issue with it maybe.

Maybe I need to know more about how to minimize fungal infection of any kind. Hahaha.

    This is a valid concern and that's why the range of products obtainable through mycelium is presently limited.
    But actually the fungus is killed by hot temperature at the final stage of production.
