To many people join steem with the "get rich" mentality and seem to resort to posting nonsense in an attempt to get upvotes. I haven't been on steemit long, but I'm glad the community seems to be taking a stance on that :)

    If we don't value quality over nonsense, there's not much of a future, but if we do focus on quality, the future should look bright!

      True. This explains why the post some peeps I referred to steemstem never got rewarded.
