If poison expires, is it more poisonous or is it no longer poisonous

Drugs are receptor agonists and antagonists. So when they expire, they stop acting as such but instead enter other pathways which may be hazardous.

Poisons are mainly enzyme inhibitors. When they expire, they stop inhibiting such enzymes and as such are less dangerous thou they may enter other pathways and become equal to an expired drug.
