Here is a write up on a new technology of warm floors - the liquid warm floor.
Liquid floor heating is a state-of-the-art autonomous heating system , which does not need additional equipment to ensure its operation.
One do not need to allocate space for the organization of a thermal unit or to look for a place to house a boiler, a circulation pump, an expansion tank, distribution manifolds, systems,security, etc.

What is a liquid floor? The basis is a sealed X-L pipe with a heating wire and a special heat-conducting substance inside, the thermal efficiency of which increases due to the expansion pressure.

During heating, inside the sealed tube, around the heating element are formed bubbles that collect in its upper part. In this case, a pressure arises inside the pipe and, when the temperature difference between the gas and the liquid exceeds 10 ° C, bubble boiling begins. As a result, at room temperature, the internal pressure of the pipe drops below atmospheric pressure.

While maintaining the negative pressure inside the pipe, the boiling point of the liquid in the pipe is reduced, as a result, bubble boiling begins to occur at a lower temperature and the temperature of the system rises even faster.

Thus, at lower energy costs, a "sealed electric heating pipe" shows greater efficiency. The pressure cooker works on the same principle.

When the sealed space is heated, due to the effect of the multiplied effect, the temperature increases by 30 ° C, so we get a heat-saving, new generation energy-saving heating system.

Excessive pressure inside the pipe is compensated by a special patented system, and the heat-conducting liquid and carbon in the heating element absorb electromagnetic waves, making the entire system safe for human health and the state of the environment.

The structure of hermetic heating tube contains :

Features of a sealed heating pipe

Economical:

  • does not cause harm to the environment, t. The conductor and the thermal conductive material are hermetically sealed in the pipe;
  • The heating wire is covered with a double insulating coating - Teflon rubber (melting point 300 ° C) and silicone rubber (melting point 200 ° C).
  • thanks to the device for absorbing excess pressure, there is no risk of fluid leakage or pipe rupture during heating.

  • there is no need to allocate space for the thermal unit;

  • Ease and simplicity in operation;

  • in the event of a malfunction, it is sufficient to open the operating panel and carry out repairs (permission is granted only to organizations with patent No. 0805703).

    Durability:

  • the system withstands loads due to the device for cooling the end of the cable and resistance to high pressure;

  • even at -20 ° C the system does not freeze;

  • in the event of a malfunction, it can be easily eliminated.

Functionality:

  • partial heating of the room is possible: partial heating in separate areas, centralized control of the systems.
  • health benefits: the system emits infrared waves and negative ions that favorably affect health (infrared waves 0.891, negative ions 142)
