 A whole grain  is a grain of any cereal and pseudo cereal that contain the endosperm , germ and bran , in contrast to refined grains which retain only the endosperm.

 Many people have consumed whole grains for at least tens of thousands of years but many modern diet claim that eating whole grains is bad for your health .there are health benefit which are lawful lower the risks of diabetes ,heart disease and high blood pressure while a high intakes of refined grains will definitely caused a health problems like obesity and inflammation.

There are many kind of whole grains which are: oatmeal, popcorn, Millet, quinoa, Brown rice, whole rye,wild rice, wheat berry,bulgur, spelt ,barley etc.

Benefit for eating whole grains.

Good read i am happy someone has the time to enlighten not only me but the entire steemit community. I myself am trying to go on a more healthier diet even though i don't have to lose much weight.
