An Example Of Boring STEM Content: A Potato Lightbulb

I'm not sure yet if I totally agree with you or not. But the thought crossed my mind a lot. Like when I see some "shitty" post and how they're getting more audience than my post. Then I realized, "What's a shitty post anyway? What if my post is just shit for others? Am I being such a snob about the things I write when I'm not really that good as well?"

For now, all I know is that great content makes its readers realize stuff. I mean its just one of its many criteria but that's all I got for now. And I say this is great content. 👍

Being popular on 'steemit' and writing a good post are not mutually exclusive. ;)

I think my sarcasm is great, however the light bulb portion is a steeming pile of trash. IMO. And I wrote it!

I do get the sarcasm and I agree that you're quite great in it. And I guess the effort you put in to write the lightbulb portion was necessary to deliver your point.

I mean, a lot here, as far as I've read and observed tend to make posts for the sake of posting. "Mema post" as how we call it in our language. It's great if the "mema post" have some kind of "oomph", you know? But a lot of mema posts are like your lightbulb article sample, it doesn't offer anything new at all and just makes the interweb more crowded than it is.

Now, I'm blabbing. Haha forgive me. This really got me thinking and reconsidering things. 😅

This really got me thinking and reconsidering things. 😅

But this was the true point of what I wrote. To get people thinking!
