Yep, but I won't be in Ohio for many more years. I think I can only handle about 2 more winters here. I moved up from Arkansas myself. My first experience with a fig tree was there. 😀

oh yes...well I can so understand about the winters because as bad as they were in Akron we were always shocked at how much worse they were in Cleveland with the lake effect snow and all that, crazy! and crazy cold!

Yes, lake effect snow is insane. I grew up near Lake Michigan so experienced that lake effect snow, but it's even worse in Cleveland, Ohio.

I get to choose for the most part. We go to auctions, but auctions are held all over the country. And there isn't anyone to say I have to go to this one or that one, or even how many I go to...so it's pretty nice.

Oh yes, we definitely head South for the winter. Most of the auctions are heavy equipment auctions. It's really cool to see all these huge earth moving machines lined up in a lot. It's fun to watch people bid hundreds of thousands of dollars on them too. Even used they are quite pricey!
