Steps of Studying Human Anatomy
The study of human anatomy is divided into regions or branches.
The branches of human anatomy includes;

1. upper and lower extremities.

2. Thorax, abdomen and back.

3. Pelvis and perineum

4. Head and neck.

5. Upper and lower extremities
   It covers from your deltoid region (shoulder) through your forearm, your hand, your palm to your fingers.
   It also covers the bones, muscle ( origin, insertion, nerve supply and action), arteries, veins and nerves.
   

6. Lowe extremities
   It covers from the hip region through the thigh and legs to the foot.
   It also covers the muscles, bones, arteries, veins, nerves.
   

7. Thorax, abdomen and back
   It covers from your chest, abdomen, and back (posterior view)
   

8. Pelvis and perineum
   It covers your reproductive organ (male and female).
   

9. Head and Neck
   It covers the skull(cranium), the eyes, nose, ears, and neck.
