Even water, when taken in excess it causes toxicity.

People should learn to do things in moderation. In most cases, too much is bad, too little is bad as well. It's always nice to balance things. I have a friend that abuses paracetamol. I would give him this post to read. Very informative. Thanks for sharing!!

    Yes i really appreciate, things should be done in the proper. We should always avoid excess of things. Lets endeavour to do things moderately.
