"You won't succeed!"

"Just find some work!"

"You can't do it!"

"You are weak"

"You can't earn money in school!"

These are the words that kept me moving and brought some guts for me to aim high, the words that left some scars in me which are still flowing through me ever since I was still a kid and the words that I'll always bring as I aim more and more and more.

The words that once cut a piece of me where there came a time that I was lost.

Yes, I was lost. No goals, just free

I didn't know what to do then and what are the things I should focus on doing. I was living like a nomad of the unknown, I tried everything I saw and tried everything i think is good for me.

Until there came a time that I found myself. I found myself, dreaming while looking at my loved ones. With thoughts dancing in my head, I realized that my goal is to be successful and make them feel proud.

I also found myself enjoying while creating an artwork.

Yes I love art!

As I went through those painful experiences, I have learned that art and love can heal those wounds you had acquired from the past.

And those painful experiences are turning into fruitful lessons.

I have known my worth,

I have known my strengths and weaknesses,

I have known my goals,

I have known my passion,

I have known my priorities,

And I have known my happiness.

With all those things I had newly acquired, I became a better individual, an individual with stronger faith, and an individual who are now stronger than before.

I worked hard and did my best. Not just for myself, but for the people who are always there to guide and support me and those are my family, friends, my girlfriend and God.

And now, as I turn the next page of my life as a student, All those hardships and pain are paid off.

AND NOW HOW THE DRAWING WAS DONE?

The tool I used in this art piece is a blue panda ballpoint pen. I used cross-hatching and hatching techniques as i create this piece.

1. Light sketching; outlining

I used pencil in this part.

here, I started to apply ink using a ballpoint pen.

4. Creating of the right side of the face (left part of the drawing)

5. Adding more details

6. drawing of the nose to the neck part

7. Inking the body

8. Adding more details

9.Finalizing

10. And then, done!
