Greetings from Steem Summit organizers!
This post will serve as an official announcement of Steem Summit's agreed new time.
Heads up Steemians!
The organizers have received a lot of requests from Cebuano Steemians to change the time so that they can attend the whole event. Upon the consultation with Cebu's core leaders and the consensus of the organizers, Steem Summit will have a new time.
Take note of the change:
What: Steem Summit
Where: ASPACE Cebu, Crossroads, Cebu City
When: April 22, 2018
New Time: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
This is in response to requests to have a new time because they have something to attend in the morning. Steem Summit's previous time was 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. In this new time, there will be slight changes in the program flow, but the speakers time allotment will not be changed.
Another announcement:
The organizers decided to be strict with the registration. This is for the purpose of having an accurate total headcount of the attendees. Those who did not register will have no allocation of snacks and other freebies. As Steem Summit has no luxury in having excesses, all expenses should be accurate and well documented.
To give chance to those who haven't registered, it was decided to extend the registration until Friday (April 20, 2018) at 11:00 PM. Comment your full name and the full names of your invited friends here:

This sudden changed is conflicted with SUPERIORCOIN/KRYPTONIA Team schedule.

I guess it was not properly channeled before, but regardless of the time, it's not possible for the kryptonia team to speak in the morning. The old program flow allocated the morning session for the newbies. I already opened this to Ma'am Melai before in our agreement, but she said that they wanted to speak in afternoon so that all the steemians could participate. Besides, old or new program flow, all the serious matters will be tackled in the afternoon. This might be sudden, but we considered the request of the participants.
I apologize for the mishandling of information if there's any, but we just acted based on consensus of everybody. In our defense, you contacted us thru @sorenkerkiegaard only after we posted the new time. I thought that we reached an agreement already with matters regarding the schedule.
Again, in behalf of the team, I sincerely apologize if there are any miscommunication.
