I've been a member in their discord for I think 6 months or more. @c0ff33a mentioned there that you should be a member, so if you're not at the moment you should join us. There is contest or there is not, I'm telling you to join because steemterminal is a discord server who will teach you more about steem. If not everything, maybe almost everything. Let's back to the topic, ahem I think I forgot already because I'm having so much fun here in steem. But anyway here's what I remember, this will be a long read. Don't get mad, I'm telling you already. 😎😎😎

Way back 2018 I love posting in Facebook about quote's. But long ago I already writing poetry and short story as a hobby. I wrote it in a notebook and let my friends read it. After reading it I'll just throw it. Maybe my friend chris noticed it that I do love posting and sharing thoughts. He invited me to join steem through steemit.com. I thought it's easy to join but it's not. I was so excited to join because chris told me that I can earn here. Well, I was ignorant about how it work's here that's why I was so excited. lol

If I'll be ask why I joined steem, I think the answer is so obvious. Forgive me but I don't like sugar coating so I'll be straightforward. One thing that was on mind that time was all about "MONEY." Who doesn't like to earn, right? If you don't like the way I think, well sorry about that. I was too focused on money that time so I missed the most important reason to make me stay here. But when my content didn't earn even a little. I was thinking how to earn, I'm resourceful yah know. 😂
I read lot of content who earned more steem. Then I noticed that they're making lot of friends through discord app. I joined few server's and when I was there. I forgot sometimes to make post. I forgot because of the enjoyment I was feeling chit chatting new people and ended up became my friends.

I don't know if we have the same in mind. Sometimes you can forget money if you're enjoying having good time with people. I began making lot of friends from all ober the world. When I spending too much time in discord I learned a lot. About writing, about earning and about meeting new friends. As I spent most of my time in discord lot of them help me and support me. Not just writing but also in my real life.

Why I joined steem?

Now that I'm on board in steem, for me it's a stupid question anymore. Why would I not? In steem I learned how to write, I learned how to talk to people. Especially in the rumble by @shadowpub in #pypt channel (pimp your post thursday.) Who would have thought that I could speak english. I've been writing but I'm not in talking because I'm always shy to talk in english with many people listening. But dis you know that @steemterminal guided me to be on this server by @shadowspub. Yeah, steemterminal will help you in so many ways.

For those who are still hesitate in joining steem, let me tell you this. I will help you to make your decision in joining here to be 100% sure. Steem will help you to earn, will help you in writing, will help you in building your confidence, will help you to approach people, will help you to be aware of the world, will help you to know about cryptocurrency. There are lot of reasons and it's too many to mention but I have no idea what is the reason why you won't join steem. Fixed your mind and join us in steem.
