British woman Lucy Helen Francis Holtke (87) will be given a certificate of citizenship, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. He has been living in Bangladesh for the last 57 years.
Prime Minister's Deputy Press Secretary Ashraful Alam Khokan said that on 31 March, the Prime Minister will give Helsinka a certificate of citizenship at Prime Minister Ganabhaban at 4pm.
Earlier, on February 8, the Prime Minister had given his passport to Lucy Helen, with 15 years of multiple Bangladeshi visas, terminating the visa renewal annually.
John Holt and Francis Holt's daughter Lucy were born on 16 December 1930 in St. Helen, UK. After completing his education, he first visited Bangladesh in 1960. In that year he joined the Barisal Oxford Mission and taught primary school children. Then he did not return to his homeland.
