I punched out a car taillight while driving, now my car insurance called, what do I tell them?

It's punching another car while driving considered a car accident?

As a driver are you considered to be part of the car?

Will my insurance rates go up for this!?

Or do they have nothing to do with it? What should I tell insurance?!

I could say I never touched the car, there's no solid proof.

Can't send an agent to examine my first for damage or anything.

What to do?
