- It allows social content holder to send Steem via tweeting.

How do you go about it
To enjoy steemtipper you need to deposit some steem in your Steemtipper account. The amount becomes ready for you to send to others using commands such as e.g. @steemtipper tip + user you are tipping + amount of steem ( @steemtipper tip @eugene 0.5).
How Steemtipper works
- It encourages kindness, generosity and interractions among users.
- Its a way of inviting and winning the interest of someone to join the Steem blockchain.
- It is used to thank, reward opinions and encourage social interactions.
Please note that Steemtipper has restrictions like minimum and maximum amount to tip and withdrawal limits per day
all to prevent spamming and draining of accounts.
