Steemvoter: [ANN] Temporary Service Interruption

Dear Steemvoter Customers,

Our service is currently down for a bit due to node communication issues, our server maintenance specialists are off for a bit on some much deserved Sunday family time. We kindly ask that you please be patient with us, we envisage the service to be back up in the next 8 to 10 hours.

We apologise for the inconvenience.

Also please note that the guild posts are currently on hold for a few days while we decide on a new or tweaked format for our daily votes.

You guys are a hair short of running a scam. The entire community doesn't need to know about your technical difficulties. Send an email to your users instead and upvote a hidden comment somewhere if you feel like it's ok to reward yourself with other's accounts.

When I signed on to this service the deal was to give up one pre-hf19 vote per day.
When they started the guild one vote per day was below my bar to quit.

Now they want to tell me I got to pay and won't answer if I am still giving that one vote per day.
I didn't see any record of the votes on steemd.com so if they were using my votes I had no notification of it.
How do I know if they have been using my vote all along even though I opted out of the guild?
I liked the service, though now I am having second thoughts, even if it was free.
It has been a crutch to keep the names current in my list of authors to read, rather than randomly going down my feed.

If I don't get some answers about my votes then they can count on me not renewing, again.

Can you shed any light on the questions I have?

You will get a much faster reply there than by leaving a comment on one of our posts.

Just tried to register. Was told to look for a PIN, sent to me (assume by email) to complete the registration. Never received any PIN, and I did check the spam-filter.

Added a random PIN to provoke a response, and was told to contact you... No contact info provided, so contacting you here.

EDIT: I was perhaps too impatient. The PIN arrived, however, 15 mins later. Created some inconveniace for me, as I by then hand closed the registration window and moved on. Worked out in the end though.

If your service is functional now? I know there were problems with all API today. But it looks like all things were back one hour ago. But I cannot see auto votes now.

Service should be working as of now, but we continue to experience periodic disruptions due to the Steem network responding slowly to transaction requests. There's nothing we can do about that, just have to wait for the network to stabilize.

It is worth the look in my app as it breaks down, I think due to network problems or indeed an application problem on my mobile. It turns out more maintenance. Well hopefully quickly resolved and returned to normal

Would it be possible to add a feature to be able to import a list from .CSV or other more machine format. It would be nice if you could add this feature.

It's very annoying to input the rules there manually.

You need to go to another website www.steemvoter.com and sign up. Then you put there the most social people you find on your way (the people who are making more steem) and automatically you start giving votes to them. Then, you are supposed to get some steem of what they make.

Are ya'll still taking my votes as originally agreed?

If I am gonna pay, as I have, then I don't want to also give you my votes.
The terms when I joined were to give up one vote each day.
With hf19 those terms took on a new dimension.

Please clarify, am I to pay with votes and sbd?

If you signed up for premium service, then we no longer use up to one of your votes per day on our own posts. That is one benefit of a premium subscription, it's basically an alternate way to pay for our service instead of using your votes.

If I leave the account inactive does that still count against my subscription?

I signed up a few weeks ago and have had votes going to 3 accounts. I have not seen the curation rewards for the upvote at 28 minutes. Can you look into this? If others have the same issue, I think you will start loosing customers quickly.
