It's quite simple. Just visit your Dashboard:

Go to section 'Balances' and click on 'Transfer...':
If you have STEEM and SBD in your account, it will ask what you want to transfer:
Then the transfer form will show up. Just enter the target account, amount, memo and click on 'Transfer':
