Blessed is the man whom the lord shall say to him, you have done well , you good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things.
But woe unto the man whom the Lord will say "slothful and lazy servant, take from him what he has and give to another and let's him be cast into the other darkness.

God has called us for a purpose and in order to fulfill those purpose he has given each and everyone of us gifts. The gifts we have are to help direct us to the right path in fulfilling God's will for our lives.
The Parable of the Talents
Source
For the kingdom of heaven is as a man traveling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his own ability; and immediately took his journey. Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made five other talents. And likewise he that had received two, he also gained another two. But he that had received one went and dug in the earth, and hid his lord's money. After a long time the lord of those servants came, and settled accounts with them. And so he that had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, Lord, you delivered unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more. His lord said unto him, Well done, you good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter into the joy of your lord. He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, you delivered unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them. His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter into the joy of your lord. Then he who had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew you that you are a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not spread: And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the earth: lo, there you have what is yours. His lord answered and said unto him, You wicked and slothful servant, you knew that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not spread: You ought therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received my own with interest. Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him who has ten talents. For unto everyone that has shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that has not shall be taken away even that which he has. And cast the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Mathew 25:14-30
The Above story of the three servants and the talents is well known story in the Bible that Jesus told and related it to the kingdom of heaven. Christ is the master who is the owner of all person bought by his blood. The servants are Christians who are also the members of His church of which Christ is the head.
Christ has committed to us gifts through the holy spirit to work with so that the His church can profit from them. There is nothing we can call our own for freely have we received and freely are we to give. We are servants of the Lord, stewards of his manifold grace.
We have all been given gifts according to our abilities. God will not give that which you cannot handle or work with. Anything you can do in the house of the Lord is something He has enabled you through the Holy Spirit. You are therefore the perfect man for that gift you have and there is no need for you to compare yourselves to others.
He gave the first servants five, the second servants two and the third servant one. The master(Jesus) gave to them freely but they accounted to him according to how they used them. We shall all appear before the master to give an account about how we used any gift He gave us.
The first two servants we're good tradesmen who traded well with what they we're given and so made profits out of it. Any true Christian a good spiritual trademan who is very committed to using whatever gift the Lord has given him so his church will profit.
Just like it happened to the three servants so shall it be for all believers when Jesus returns and judge all. Nothing is is too small to work with, that little gift you despise is what the Lord wants you to use so he can add more to it and make it grand.
Many beleievrs still don't know that we receive more from the Lord as we work with the little we have received. If you are not ashamed, lazy and afraid to use what you been given then you will surely receives more a dn even double rewards when the master returns.
We shouldn't just be in the church doing nothing for the Lord. Let us be faithful with few things in order to become rulers of any things.
