Roti Banjir is a Malay term for Flooded Bread. It’s something many Malaysians have for breakfast.

We call it a flood because we drench the roti with as much curry as possible. This one is topped with. Sunny Side Up and a piece of stewed beef.

This is something anyone who visits Malaysia should try.
