Bandwidth Limit Exceeded ...?

Yesterday well after 9 am my time (and again about the same time this morning), I lost all ability to do anything apart from read-only. Never experienced it before in my brief 30 something days here.. (surprise and yes Steemd.com@me "tab" was staring right at me - hey dummy look at me!...if one connects the "right" dots or numbers/bars...math is so hard).

Searched keywords on Steemit and on the net but did not find anything that seemed to make "any" sense. Late morning today, while I was working, I searched again on-line after checking and scrubbing my various computers (have a SOHO-small business). I finally found what follows below shortly thereafter (which likely was the U-Tube analytics held in PC-advert- limbo given its creation date was yesterday). Bingo!

Anyways, it is clear, concise and spot-on. Maybe it will help someone else - like me...evolving slowly... within the zooplankton class of Steemit. No worries and just a tad wiser now. Call it "illusion" - give it a name. Steem-on!
