Is it Turing Complete? I thought it wasn't.

    Good catch. I will fix that. Stellar is not Turing complete, but it enables enough operations to be performed to enable some interesting smart contract applications.
    Ethereum would be a much better network to use if you require more complex Turing complete programming. However, the catch is it is slower, more expensive, and exposed to more risk.
