STEMGeeks Curation Post #4 (Giveaway Inside)

in stemgeeks •  5 years ago  (edited)

Greetings and welcome to my fourth curation post for STEMGeeks, the Steem blockchain platform for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics! Upload your STEM posts here or simply add the tags #stem, #stemgeeks, or any of the STEM topics!

I take pride in my role as a dolphin on the blockchain and I hope I can bring some awareness to these good works.

I really enjoyed curating the following posts and learned a little bit along the way!

For my first post of the day @dragonslayer109 shares with us a recent experience and subsequent research into the topic of VR gaming. When we talk about video gaming the natural evolution is towards Virtual Reality and it is fascinating to follow the technological developments. Check out the post here

Next we have an interesting post about inscribed angle theorem by @mes. Here he provides a very detail and easy to understand explanation of the consequential effects of the inscribed angle theorem proof. He does an amazing job helping the average person understand. Check it out!

You may remember @kralizec from last week's post, but this week we have another fascinating post about gene alteration in humans. This is such a controversial issue and it is a reality we must face. In this post examples are given or real-life embryos that have had genetic enhancements in China and the pursuit of a man in Russian who would like to repeat the experiment. Is this a natural part of our evolution? Or does this follow the Star Trek universe and lead to the devastation of mankind?

STEMgeeks is a great place to browse and learn if you are ever sitting on Steemit looking for something productive to do! Most authors are very interactive and have lots of interesting information they are willing to share! Hopefully, my initiative will help bring some outside eyes to these blog posts.

I didn't realise you were a dolphin! I did know you like STEM, though, so great to see you curating for STEMGeeks. I keep trying to get my daughter to post in STEM, because she loves her science. She's got exams coming up, though, so maybe when she's on her summer break, if she's not too busy partying all the time...

She's been learning about genetics and has been talking to me about that Chinese scientist, so I'll have to direct her here. I think she'll enjoy some of these posts.

Thank you so much! I think it's a great tribe here on Steemit, a little small but that's okay because you find lots of good stuff. I don't have a large stake in it or anything I just like to be a part of it. It would be great to see some posts from your daughter, but partying is important too! 🤣

Have a good evening! 😁
