We all know that it is hard to resist chocolate truffles today I will teach you an easy and practical way to make them.
Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cups of rising wheat flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder without sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of oil
2 eggs
1 cup of buttermilk (1 cup of liquid milk with a spoon of vinegar)
1 and 1/4 cup of sugar
For truffles:
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of glycerin
liquor (optional)
rain of colors or chocolate, hand crushed, grated coconut
Dulce de leche or chocolate to spread
Capitos or pirutines
Preparation
Mix the above-mentioned ingredients to make a cake e. The arranged order, that is to say, to sift flour, cocoa and bicarbonate, to incorporate oil, then the eggs, (to go integrating) later the serum of milk and finally the sugar. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade or until a toothpick comes out dry.
Let cool, once cold crush and knead adding glycerin and liquor, form pellets and go through dulce de leche or chocolate spread and then for the chosen coverage (rain of colors, grated coconut etc) present in capitos.
