Steemit might have the potential to make people financial independent. It is a very interesting options for writers because you can write about whatever you want without relaying on advertising. Advertising has a huge influence over how the news is reported and what people write about. Remove advertising as a revenue stream opens up a whole new freedom it writers,

    One of the complains about Facebook is that is has way too many advertisements. Steemit is a great platform for writers to blog and get paid
