Why we should avoid certain acidic friuts and food

There are few fruits which we take everyday but we are unaware of the amount of acids and dangers it causes our body system.“Ideally, our blood pH should be between 7.35-7.45, which is considered a little alkaline. Anything less than 6 is acidic, while anything over 8 is more on the alkaline side.” There are certain fruits that are more on the acidic sides even though do not feel it when eating or digesting them, simply because it is unknown to us what is going on within our digestive system.

Acidifying or acidic foods contribute to lowering the blood’s pH. Acidic blood can lead to serious health conditions, such as kidney stones, an increased risk for cancer and can also prevent the liver from being able to carryout properly detoxification. Bone density can be reduced by acidic blood because calcium, an alkaline mineral, is leached from the bones to neutralize the blood’s pH when it risks becoming too acidic.

Food like meat,eggs,refined sugar,diary, legumes,nuts, vegetable oil, alcohol and coffee have their health benefits but much of it is not advisable. Citrus fruits are mostly acidic but when digested can turn to alkaline in the stomach. Grapefruit is a type of acidic fruit that has large amounts of Vitamin C and is known to be beneficial to losing of weight. It is also known to help the skin by reducing occurable signs of aging. Lemons also have high amount of Vitamin C. It helps in treating fatigue, losing of weight, fighting of infections, and also fast digestion. They are alkalizing to the human body.

Tamarind is a tropical fruit that is usually common in Asian countries. It is found in sauces, syrups, and jams. It can cause sore throat, indigestion, and a lot of other illnesses.!

Though acidic fruits is somewhat beneficial to the skin, a person’s overall health, and hair, much of acidic fruits can cause physical problems too. It is also advisable to consume fruits containing low acid content. Fruits that contains low acid should be consumed in every diet so that one does not suffer from a disorderly diet.

Apples are very nutritious and contain Vitamin C. And, apples are known to be the best possible source of antioxidants. Apples are another good source for flavonoids. Apples are high in fiber and the content in apples help with weight loss, asthma, and stronger bones building

watermelons contain Vitamin A and Vitamin C. And watermelons are rich in potassium. Watermelons don’t contain cholesterol or fats. And this makes it able to prevent stroke and heart attack while simultaneously reducing the risk of cancer. Watermelons boostes one’s energy production.

Apricots are really rich in dietary fiber. also, apricots destroy intestinal worms and help men and women with constipation. Apricots contain Beta Carotene, which can help with macular degeneration.

Raisins help with many things. Eg: raisins can help with gaining weight and constipation. Raisins help when one is dealing with anemia, acidosis, and band oral problems.

Mangoes help men and women gain healthy weight. Mangoes also lower the risk of cancer.

Have I ever checked for How important the fruit is before taking it? Nope! I just eat anyone that comes my way. But I hope I'll remember this post and try to eat well...
