Sometimes it is difficult to be part of a stepfamily.
Different patterns of pain repeat themselves.
Themes such as jealousy, powerlessness and sadness often play a role.
The hardest part is the sorrow of my partner. The sadness he feels. Not being able to be a hundred percent part of the lives of his children.
Like that, children are telling them to go to Disney with their mother next year. The pain that is immediately felt in the air is indescribable.
As a hypersensitive person I can totally relate to this.
