6 . he was a patsy
7 , his room and dead body were on the 32nd floor
8 . the shooter was on the 4th floor according to police radio broad casts and video evidence
9 . he managed , supposedly to carry 2 to 3 hundred pounds of weapons and ammunition into a room without any video footage or security checks
10 . if you believe the TV i have some cheap magic beans to sell you
