  1. Experts are clueless - they know what was, not what will be. Steve jobs did not listen to experts.

  2. Customers cannot tell what they need:

  3. Biggest challenge beget the best work

  1. Design counts: in a world where everyone talks about price,

  2. Big graphics, big fronts

  1. Jump curves: if you want to be an entrepreneur,

  2. "Value" is different from "price". There is a class of people who do care about value.

  1. Players hire A players or even A+ players. B players hire C players to avoid they get ahead of them. You should be proud of hiring somebody better than you. Fight the bozo explosion.

  2. Some things need to be believed to be seen.

  1. We can’t have imperfection in the way we think.

  2. To see imperfection means not to complain but to work in it.

  1. The feeling is different than experience.

  2. Man is a tool maker and has the ability to make a tool to amplify the heritability that he has.

  3. A whole company is based on one principle and one philosophy: one person one computer.

  4. For some crazy reason in universe. Some people started a company. Obsolete.

  5. A strong character and well defined essence can remain true even if their expression change over time.
