Ingredients
Mixed vegetables, Broccoli and Carrots.
Spaghetti , garlic, red onion , spring onion, fresh thyme, Olive oil, mixed herbs and sweet pepper.
Cook vegetables for ten minutes
Cook spaghetti for twelve minutes
Once cooked use a medium sized frying pan and add all of the ingredients and mix together.
This is a lovely quick stir fry to have at the weekends.
Serve with sweet Chili sauce or sauce of your choice.
