NEPSE or Nepal Stock Exchange is the only stock exchange for Nepal .
Nepal Stock Exchange is regulated by SEBON ( Securities board of Nepal) . Its main role is that it acts as regulatory authority to protect the interests of the investors in securities.
Basically , NEPSE is where you get the floor to buy/sell(trade) stocks and SEBON is the regulatory body . Furthermore, in Nepal , you cannot trade individually . You need to take help of brokers they are basically their to help you buy/sell(trade) stocks for a fee of certain percentage.
The best software used to help you trade in NEPSE is Yotrade NEPSE/ Yodea Finance. You can get it from play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.yodea.ypft)
