Rapeseed flower, the Latin name Brassica campestris, originated in Europe and Central Asia, is an annual herb of the cruciferous family.
Rape flowers are rich in pollen. The oil content of the seeds is 35-50%, which can be used for squeezing oil or as feed. In addition, the tender stems and leaves of rape flowers can also be eaten as vegetables.
