Dreaded Reverse Split

Hi Friends,

One of my speculative plays did a reverse split:

Seems reverse splits are always bad for the stock price after the reverse split:

I know the stock could have continued to go down even without the reverse split, but it still always is bad news for the stock price based on my prior experience.

Might be a chance to grab some cheap shares though, so I am going to monitor this one further - I do love the junior gold mining stocks.

Thanks for coming by,
Brian

Ugh. I hate that. Hope its just cosmetic and not a premonition.

Agreed, thanks for stopping by!

The stock was up on Friday so maybe my post will turn the stocks luck around!

I know the stock could have continued to go down even without the reverse split,

and in the graph you provided it clearly did.

but it still always is bad news for the stock price based on my prior experience.

Maybe because it usually happens after a down trend in the asset, and since it does not affect the fundamentals, it is not expected to change the trend.

Good thoughts my friend!
