USD is starting to look overbought and would start to look for a reversion trade here.
This is a purely technical trade so using a stop is advised. I usually use a multiplier (never more then 3x) of the ATR function to initiate a stop. This is also a very small trade using <1% of non leveraged equity on trades like this.
My largest positions by far are BTC and Atlantic Power Corp (AT)
Someone big seems to be accumulating shares of AT. The price action has definitely changed, every time it drops down to 2.16 it gets bid up immediately to 2.20 and the buying stops until it drops down to 2.16 again.
Even though I talk about the short term price action I will probably never sell this unless there is a buyout, management changes or the valuation gets out of hand.
It is a shrinking company but even if EBITA drops by half (which I think is unlikely) the stock price still needs to double if we believe a 10x ebita multiplier is fair.
