Do you follow the Robinhood of Wall Street?

Greg Mannerino is the Robinhood of Wall Street. He advocates call and puts, as well as spreads. However, I am a novice. I would appreciate a step process on how to rip Wall Street. May be simple to you, but many of us need our hand held. My retirement investment limit options trading, if we are novices. Can't invest in spreads.
