I have been a long term user of the Stash Invest app which makes it easier for common users to invest in stocks by providing easy to understand ETF names like Rolling with Buffet, Colossal China etc. I am sure they have their own fee structure for making it happen but I found it a great app for new users to get into stocks without understanding too many fundamentals.
If you’d like to sign up for an account you can use my link and we both get $5. https://get.stashinvest.com/sharatlpl7l
They recently started a debit card which is revolutionary in its own way because when you make any purchases through their card and if the service you paid for is in their list of public companies they support then you get a part of their stock.
First of all their card looks nice and slick like this.
So as an example I used Lyft to get a ride a couple of days back and I got $.30 in Lyft stock credited to my account.
If the place you made a purchase is not a public company then you get stock back in one of their ETFs that they support. Like for example I had dinner at a Mexican restaurant yesterday and I got the following ETF back.
I think this is a really amazing service which will let the common user to accumulate a lot of stocks in the long run and make some money.
In addition to all these benefits they also have $0 ATM fee and $0 minimum balance. I believe you can also get your direct deposit a couple of days early. I think everyone who is interested in accumulating stocks should definitely have this card because if not immediately 5-10 years down the line you might be sitting on some decent money just with stock backs!
