The RUT - Russell 2000 Small Cap Index.

Advancing to new highs is good news for this small cap index. Last time we posted this chart the large caps were showing signs of weakness and the small caps strength. Currently we have both large and small caps trading at (or close) to new all time highs demonstrating the strength of this historic bull market.
