Dear Shane,
The Moore electorate are greatly disturbed by unwanted and demonstrably harmful water fluoridation in disregard of ongoing community demand to cease and desist. You are fully aware the public majority oppose fluoride that authentic peer-reviewed science reinforced by world opinion unreservedly condemns. 98% of the world rejects fluoride. The DOH has no lawful remit to override qualified world opinion and defy insistent public demand to cease and desist.
Without exception all government claims supporting fluoridation are discredited and disproven exposed as falsified science, scripted propaganda and lies. It is a calculated deception that morally and legally warrants criminalisation. Poisoning public water with neurotoxic industrial waste under a discredited pretext is a heinous crime. It is illegally inflicted without social licence, against public demand and enforced by means of institutionalised deception. Please note deepening concern at the DOH irresponsibly ignoring the peer-reviewed paper UTERINE CANCER DEATHS IN JAPAN CAUSED BY THE US MILITARY FLUORIDATING OKINAWA AND SURROUNDS. At your proposed meeting with the minister for health please ask why this vitally important study was merely footnoted at a DOH meeting and not accorded an appropriate level of alert and remedial response? Such blatant breach of trust compounded by duty of care negligence equates to maleficence of public office. It is a gross violation of human rights to enforce fluoridation in disregard of its documented concentration of toxicity being equal to arsenic and lead. This crime persists in the face of strenuous public demand to stop intentionally poisoning public water with known carcinogenic and neurotoxic chemicals under the irretrievably discredited excuse of medical intervention. In addition, forced medical intervention without informed consent is a crime in and of itself.
DOH unlawful refusal to cease and desist fluoridation in spite of incontrovertible proof of harm is a crime of malicious intent. Cease and Desist demands have been issued to the DOH in the form of a non-negotiable direction from the people as the foundation of government and law citing that deliberately poisoning public water under false pretences is unacceptable and intolerable. This directive must be respected as per the prevailing will of the people which you are elected to office to authentically represent. Accordingly, I require to know if you will sincerely represent this insistent, nonnegotiable demand to cease and desist fluoridation in your meeting with the minister for health? I remind you that constitutionally all civic authority derives exclusively via the consent of the governed. Water fluoridation is categorically denied public consent. Government is repeatedly directed by the public majority to effect immediate cessation but chooses to ignore the overarching constitutional and legal constraints. Such tyranny is entirely unacceptable! Fluoridation comes under the auspices of statute law that again is entirely contingent upon public consent. It is forcefully denied community consent and unconditionally refused social licence whereby under authentic law should be immediately terminated. However, not only are all constitutional and legal tenets ignored but the massive body of incontestable evidence establishing the case against fluoridation is unlawfully denied by the DOH. This demonstrates malicious intent from a ruthless administration of what can only be described as organised crime.
I do not believe you are an evil person. Please be assured however that unless you provide effective community representation and do something to combat this evil you are complicit in crimes against humanity. I look forward to your prompt response.
