This morning while waking up with a cup of coffee I discovered in my feed at the other social media amongst some nice weekend posts of my friends, a terrible act ongoing as we speak.

The country of South Africa - more or less - allows extreme cruelty to happen to animals. This includes cutting of feed and boiling dogs alive.

One of South Africans citizens Kirsty Nefdt launched a petition to be delivered to the government of South Africa to request for change. She requires 300.000 votes and fortunately she is well under way with more than 211.000 people already signed her petition. But she needs some more support and I want to ask you to help her by signing as well.

The South African government has one of the most incompetent justice systems worldwide whilst its lack of efficiency exacerbates the effects of animal abuse prevailing in our society.

Here, animals have been killed as part of gang initiations, including being boiled alive, having their feet cut off, being tied onto train tracks, being burnt alive or even being buried alive. These sick acts continue to manifest within the country as government authorities lack any recognisable involvement in implementing change.

Justice needs to be done and laws need to be established. Paying a small fine for such a sick criminal offence should not be accepted within today's society. Please help stand up for change within South Africa; the government needs to act, and it needs to act NOW!
