As they danced, they spun together. He twirled her into his arms and gave her a light kiss on the lips. She blushed and spun away. As they danced she knew that kiss had sealed the night.
In a hope to make the innocence last a bit longer, she beckoned him to the sea. They played in the waves, diving and swimming. He gently held her and they ducked under the warm rush of waves together. He carried her to shallower water and together they sate embracing each other. Showered with light kisses, playful bites, and whispers of sweet nothings, the sun set and they howled goodbye, until again.
Reluctantly, she stood up and waded out of the ocean with him, reluctant to leave the sea and to enter the night with this wolf by her side. He was beautiful. He was enticing. Yet he was wolf nonetheless.
In his warm cave they laid, sweaty and wet, the innocence vanishing with every breath. Just with a tilt of his smile and a flick of his tongue, he had her.
