The hospital obviously wasn't the place for Phil. And you could tell from his uneasy state. As he checked on his mobile he realized he had a mail from Martin who was a friend to his client Nicholas notifying him about the date they would be meeting at the court.
Phil a lawyer had been on the case of Nick after the law firm he worked for made him take over it mid way.
Jully had seeked for Phil's attention so when he walked into the emergency ward, the nurses stepped out. Although very weak, she told Phil her greatest fear being guilty for the arrest of her ex-lover. Phil listened carefully as Jully explained how she killed her neighbour and ran but her ex-lover walked to the scene same time with the maid who reported to the police. Jully went further to give him the location of the murder weapon, she mentioned her ex-lover's name as Nick. But Phil was silent about his curiosity as he was more concerned about Jully's health but her story was similar to Nicholas's.
Back at home Phil had found the murder weapon as Jully has said, he pick up his phone to call the police but still was indecisive on what to do.
