Jully was troubled and several imaginations ran through her mind. She tried to phantom what Phil's expression would be. What felt worse though, was the uncertainty of how much Phil knew.
She finally resulted to listening to classical music as it always helped to calm her nerves. She was so deep in thought and caught up in the music that she didn't hear the click of the door. Phil hugged her from behind and her heart skipped a beat.
Her attempt to laugh out her troubled thoughts failed as Phil asked her, what happened today?
Startled, she started talking before reasoning."I can explain Phil, I have always wanted to tell you" she stammered
Phil's charming barritone voice caught her off mid sentence "you felt lagged emotionally and physically and your boss asked you to take the day off. Is that what you've always wanted to explain? "
Jully chuckled as she flung herself into the chair and buried her head in her hands.
She feels the need to speak to someone whom knows it all from the start but she had lost contact with Martin who was always there for her all the time.
Just before she could finish her taught about Martin, Phil asked again. And this time he sounded curious. What was it you needed to explain?
