No, we don't. That was to be on our project list for this year, but we have been unable to get solar panes into the country since last fall.

    Any other generator supplies, besides cars? Even something that hand cranke would be valuable.

      We have three generators, 4 back up batteries, lots of candles and kerosene lanterns, flashlights, firewood and 2 propane tanks. Everything is full of fuel and extra gasoline in an underground tank with a hand pump. Also a supply of diesel. Nothing with a hand crank though.

      Good to know you are set up on generators and fuel! So very glad you Prepped! :)

      If you place the generator in a hole, the sound they make goes straight up. This make them hard to locate by sound. Self blackout is smart, remember the wire snares! Be safe.

        I just wish I could stand your wall, and run a radio for you! I just hope some of the suggestions help!

        It is frustrating not to be able to be more help!

        Let me know if your friend gets his surgery, and send pictures of the new Baby, if you can. Communication or not, we will keep praying for you here!

        The government needs communications too, so they may turn them back on, so keep checking.

          So far so good. We know that Daniel had his surgery but nothing more. No communications in or out of the hospital. My friends will get the word out when they can. It is frustrating to be in the dark...

          I understand that frustration! I'm even less useful, too far away here to be any help, so I understand! I am glad the surgery is done. You need to get him out of that infection center ASAP. He is safer at your place now. What about the Baby? Hope the communication holds out!

            We have Daniel home! Two brothers and his Dad went for him early this morning. It took some time to get through all the blockades but he is home and everyone is safe, Mama couldn' t have her surgery. Said her sugar was too high as well as her blood pressure. Sent her home with no medications. Sigh. No baby yet. She is afraid to go to the hospital...
