The story is told around campuses in Indonesia, when mobile phones are not available and people still use public phones to communicate with each other. One late night, a student was using a pay phone to chat with his girlfriend over the phone. This student has been calling for a long time.
Though he actually knew people were getting frustrated in line behind him to use the phone too, this student ignored them and just continued his conversation. After a while, one of the guys queuing up on him and telling him he'd been using the phone for a long time, but the student remained unmoved.
The student was even disturbed by these people, who did not want to go to another pay phone that was not far away. Soon there was a sudden silence. Along with that, a pretty sharp fishy smell began to pierce his nose. The student later realized that the people behind him were reduced and leaving only one. When accidentally looked down, the student found that the person standing behind him did not have the pair of legs he was flying.
Suddenly this student panicked, but he tried to calm down and told his girlfriend that he had to go back to the dorm because his coins are running out. After hanging up, the student turned and ran as fast as he could. He did not even dare to look at the man's face. While waiting for the elevator in his dorm, the student is trying to whistle to cover up his fears.
When the elevator finally arrived, he immediately entered and dialed the number where his room floor was located. In the elevator, the student suddenly heard the voice of the person who had been calling him on the pay phone, giggling and saying "So your coin is gone, huh?".
